My week ahead

Reminder to you that as you look ahead to next week, small gains add up and compound. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

  • 15 pages a day = 1 book a month and you're more knowledgeable. ๐Ÿ“–

  • 10 mins meditating a day = 5 hrs of self-care monthly and you're less stressed. ๐Ÿง 

  • 2 litres of water a day = 60 litres a month and you're feeling healthier. ๐Ÿ’ฆ

  • 5k run twice a week = 40k a month and you're feeling stronger and fitter. ๐Ÿƒ

Focus on the small consistent steps.

What long-term goals am I focused on this week coming?

  • Running a sub 17min 5k run

    • Action: 30 miles of running training this week

  • Qualifying as Exec Coach

    • Action: Complete another 1000 words of the 8000-word thesis
