Reading books and sitting on the sideline is not going to help you advance.

Previously I was focused on quantity.A 2021 Goal: Read 12 books this year. Here are the 12 books ⬇️

7. Malcolm Gladwell - Outliers ✅

8. David Goggins - Can’t hurt me ✅

Reading these books in a year was my previous measure of success. 🏆🏆🏆

Now I am more focused on how many things I am applying, and embracing the misses when they occur as part of the learning process.This is where true learning happens.

It’s better to read just 1 book and apply 3 things than read 12 and do nothing.Be action bias.
