What does that mean?
Quadrant 1 = Urgent, Important work = Crises, firefighting
Quadrant 2 = Not Urgent, Important work = Preventative, planning, proactive work
Quadrant 3 = Not Important, Urgent work = Interruptions, pressing matters
Quadrant 4 = Not Important, Not Urgent work = time wasting, busy work
Solving problems is overrated.
Preventing problems is underrated.
Be in the business of prevention.
