16 Job Satisfaction Questions all Leaders should be Asking their People
Leaders,
The engagement of your people is hugely important. Are they enjoying the work they’re doing? Are you or your Leaders leading effectively? Is the environment you’re nurturing having a positive impact on them?
These are just some of the questions that spring to mind when I speak to people and uncover how they feel about their role and where the business is going. Is there a genuine feeling from the employee that they feel valued, connected, and have a sense of belonging. When people feel that they are growing, being recognised, and enjoying what they do, engagement goes through the roof.
