How bias are you towards your own ideas?
Confirmation Bias is when we have a tendency to search for and favour information or data that supports our existing theory or belief.
It can cause us to evaluate things incorrectly and overlook major pitfalls.
Not only can it stifle creativity.
It can also cause us to make poor decisions or influence people towards them even if they are not a sound investment.

1οΈβ£ Try to look at things with a neutral view and openness to changing your notion.
2οΈβ£ Ask your team for their inputs and insights, perspective is key.
3οΈβ£ Evaluate more than one source of data. Does accurate data back up your idea?
