How it started

Hi, I'm David Marsh, founder of House of Leadership. After years of leading teams and learning the hard way that titles don't make leaders, character and clarity do, I set out to build the resource I wish I'd had earlier in my career.

Today, I write and coach to help ambitious people build the knowledge, mindset, and relationships needed to lead well, in their teams, their organisations, and their own lives.

Why We Exist

Leadership isn't taught the way it should be. Too many people are handed responsibility without the knowledge, mindset, or support to carry it well. We started House of Leadership because we believe great leaders are built deliberately, through honest reflection, practical wisdom, and real community, not just titles or tenure.

Our mission is to give every reader the tools to lead themselves first, so they can lead others with clarity and purpose.
