I'm Jeff from NYC. I've had a career from jewelry manufacturing/luxury retail to Customer/technical support in tech SaaS products and the creator economy. Customers have trusted me because I've looked at the data that genuinely progresses them forward and where I don't rely on vanity metrics for those who follow like a religion such as NPS/CSAT. I'm looking to explore and learn from your mistakes so that I can envision a future of leadership for myself and a reality that doesn't stray away from people and where humanity isn't lost because of it.

Hi, my name is Rusty. I've been in the Financial Services industry for 54 years after starting out as a Science teacher and Basketball/Baseball coach in Atlanta. I'm one of the 7 founders of our company and Executive Director and Founder of the R. H. Crossland Foundation which is a philanthropic organization and also owns and runs a historical document sports and history museum in Carefree, AZ which is free to the public. I am also the author of 3 books, the "ARTisms" series on leadership, motivation, and mentoring. I enjoy getting new ideas from these types of feeds that strengthen my knowledge and improve my messaging to our teams all across North America. Looking forward to hearing from all of you. RC
